Whether your kids are still young or you’re in the midst of those chaotic teen years this class is just the one to fill your parenting toolbox with helpful insight and encouragement. 

Through teaching, discussion and roleplay, you will learn how to help yourself and your teen build skills in self-expression, independence, forgiveness, and decision making. Based on the popular book by Dr. Jay Kessler, this class provides practical ways to improve or enhance communication and relationship skills between parents and their teens.
