What is Care & Grow
Developed by MREC, this 10-week marriage ministry training equips mature couples to come alongside and support couples earlier in their marriage journey. As both couples grow together in faith and relationship, they also strengthen their own marriages, making the experience a true win-win.
- Introductory Cost: $75 per individual couple or $200 (covers up to three couples per church)
Who Should Sign Up
This course is specifically designed for church small-group leaders, ministry couples, and anyone serving in a marriage-support role. Whether you’re already walking with couples or just beginning, this training combines a biblical foundation and practical tools to help you lead with confidence and care.
What You Can Expect
Care & Grow combines in-person gatherings, which will include virtual attendees, with at-home assignments. This approach offers flexibility while creating space for deep connection, discussion, and community. Each session focuses on real-world challenges couples face and equips you to support them with wisdom and practical skills.
Over the course of the 10-week program, participants will explore topics such as:
- Growing together as a couple
- Conflict resolution
- Communication
- Money
- Sexual Intimacy
- Family dynamics
